    Description

    Come and join us for a unique surfing and nature experience on the beautiful Razo Beach, in Galicia. At Artsurfcamp, we offer you a surf camp that will immerse you 100% in the world of surfing. This summer, you can’t miss the opportunity to catch the Artsurfcamp wave!

    Our surf-hostel has the capacity to accommodate 61 people distributed over three floors. We have shared rooms for 6, 8 and 10 people, each with its own bathroom and shower. In addition, we have two terraces where you can enjoy unique moments with your camping companions.

    The rooms are spacious and bright, all with large windows. In addition, they have individual lockers with key so you can store your belongings and valuables safely. (You can see a video in the “What’s Included” section below)

    Our facilities comply with all current regulations and we have all the necessary licenses. We have a front and back terrace where we carry out complementary classes, video screenings, wave training and workshops that will help you increase your knowledge about surfing and meteorology. In this room you can also challenge your teammates in an exciting table tennis championship.

    On the day of arrival, we recommend you arrive in the morning to attend the presentation that takes place at 16:00. Check-in is available from 08:30 to 16:00. After lunch, the presentation will begin and at 17:30 you will have your first surf lesson. Finally, at 21:00, we will enjoy a delicious dinner.

    As for the day of departure, we recommend that you leave after lunch so that you can take advantage of the last surf lesson, which takes place in the morning. Check-out is at 15:00, and that’s when your experience at our surf camp for young people concludes

    If you decide to enroll your children in two consecutive surf camps, we will continue with the established schedules and activities to ensure they can keep enjoying the best experience possible.

    What is included in each camp varies according to the month (June, July, August and September), below in “Program” you can see specifically what is included in the camps of each month., , longskate, slack line, beach volley, hiking, bumper balls, stretching, etc.

    • Every day children/youths have:
      • 2 hours of surf class in the mornings,
      • 2 hours of surf practice in the afternoons
      • 1 hour of supervised free surf.
    • Parallel activities to surfing:

    • Vigilance:
      • Minors/adolescents have surveillance 24 hours a day. During the day they are with the surf or leisure instructors and at night there are free time monitors who sleep in the facilities to ensure safety and harmony.

    Each camper has a designated section within the wardrobe to organize their clothes. There is also a locked drawer available to store valuable items, documents, wallets, and more.

    Luggage recommendations: shower towel, beach towel, sports shoes for skateboarding and coastal routes, hat, cotton sweatshirt/sweatshirts, long cotton pants, swim briefs to wear inside wetsuit, flip-flops, toiletry bag, high SPF sunscreen for surfing, cash, windbreaker, beach swimwear.

    ARRIVAL DAY TRANSFERS
    A CORUÑA – ARTSURFCAMP
    • For the camps in June and September (1st, 2nd, 13th, and 14th), transfers between 9h00 and 13h00 are free of charge. 1 transfer time: 13h00.
    • For the camps in July and August (3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th, and 11th), transfers between 9h00 and 13h30 are free of charge. 2 transfer times: 11h30 and 13h30.
    SANTIAGO DE COMPOSTELA – ARTSURFCAMP
    • For the camps in June and September (1st, 2nd, 13th, and 14th), there is a supplement of 35 EUR per person for transfers between 9h00 and 13h00. 1 transfer time at 13h00.
    • For the camps in July and August (3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th, and 12th), there is a supplement of 20 EUR per person for transfers between 9h00 and 13h30. 2 transfer times at 11h30 and 13h30.
    DEPARTURE TRANSFERS
    ARTSURFCAMP-A CORUÑA
    • For the camps in June and September (1st, 2nd, 13th, and 14th), trasnfer is free of charge at 14h45. 1 transfer time: 14h45.
    • For the camps in July and August (3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th, and 11th), transfers are free of charge between 15h30 and 17h30. 2 transfer times at 15h30 and 17h30.
    ARTSURFCAMP-SANTIAGO DE COMPOSTELA
    • For the camps in June and September (1st, 2nd, 12th, 13th, and 14th), there is a supplement of 35 EUR per person at 14h45. 1 transfer time at 14h45.

    Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

    Cambios o cancelación por parte del cliente:

    1. En el caso de que el cliente decida reprogramar o cancelar la actividad reservada  podrá hacerlo de forma GRATUITA, dentro del plazo indicado por la escuela en la información de la misma actividad, a través de la plataforma.

    Accediendo a:

    1. Mi cuenta
      1. Bookings
        1. Reprogramar o cancelar. En este punto podrá elegir la fecha a la cual desea reprogramar su clase o cancelar y optar a la devolución de su importe

    Cambios o cancelación por parte de la escuela:

    1. Si las actividades contratadas son canceladas por motivos meteorológicos (lluvia, vientos extremos, tormenta eléctrica, etc) o por falta de condiciones oportunas para la práctica de dichas actividades (olas en el caso del surf) la escuela propondrá al cliente las siguientes alternativas:
    • Cambio de fecha para realizar la actividad contratada.
    • La realización de una actividad alternativa.
    • Si el cliente no pudiera cambiar las fechas o no estuviera interesado en realizar una actividad alternativa se le ofrecerá un bono equivalente a la cantidad pendiente de la actividad contratada válido por 1 año desde la fecha de emisión.
    • Devolución del dinero
    1. Las actividades requieren de un número mínimo de clientes para que puedan desarrollarse, el mismo se encuentra especificado en los “REQUISITOS” de la actividad. En el caso de que no se alcance este mínimo la escuela se pondrá en contacto para reprogramar la clase o de no ser posible se le devolverá el importe de abonado.
